Chile Verde plate was very good. Come with an appetite because portions are very big. Bring Cash, they don't accept Credit.
This is a small-ish restaurant. The ambiance is quaint as if you were in someone's house. The aromas were very pleasing. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The menu was a compact assortment of Mexican food without any prices listed. We ordered soft drinks and asked about chips and salsa or queso. The waitress brought out chips and "chili" and told us it was $8.99. The "chili' was a small 2 oz cup and the flavor was just "ok". My wife ordered chicken tacos and I ordered the red enchilada plate. The restaurant was out of rice so they offered double refried beans, which we both declined. The food was delicious. We did receive "sticker shock" when we went to pay. For two sodas, chips and "chili", chicken tacos and a red enchilada plate the bill was $56 plus tip. Food and service were 5 stars but the prices were far more than expected. CASH ONLY!
We get cheeseburger and ff baskets every Friday. Always great! Best burgers in town!
